The Scenario
In a variation from the Standard Scenario, the objectives will be placed upon the wall that will make the defining piece of scenery. Rules for the wall will be taken from the Fortress Wall rules from Imperial Armour: Apocalypse.
The objective of the Imperium is to retain control of at least four of the objectives, otherwise the Orks win. A vehicle cannot claim/contest an objective unless the wall it is on has lost all its damage points.
Specific Issues
Where a Codex says “army” or “friendly” these abilities apply to the individual player’s forces.
Where a Codex details a ranged effect of “Battlefield” or similar the range is deemed to be 84”.
If a player chooses a Strategic Asset that requires a model could they please provide it themselves. I’m thinking of ‘Bunker’ and ‘Defences’ Strategic Assets and the like here.
Assaulting the walls or ‘Death From Above!’ Jump pack troopers may declare an assault on a high wall section, but before the Assault move roll a d6 for each jumper - on a ‘1’ the trooper has mis-timed his attack and perished, either by falling to his death or landing where an enemy can easily despatch him. Remove the model.
The Strategic Asset “Vital Objective” may not be used - even if it’s on a Datasheet. Orks may not use ‘Flank March’ to enter the table behind the wall.
